Our Blind Date with a Book program invites readers to step outside their comfort zone and discover something unexpected. Each book is carefully wrapped and labeled with only a few intriguing clues about the story inside. No judging by the cover allowed! You might discover: A new favorite author A genre you never thought you'd enjoy A hidden gem you've never heard of Special surprises, including occasional Golden Tickets Sometimes the best stories are the ones you never planned to read. ✍️ Author Evenings Meet the minds behind the stories. Throughout the year, Rooted Wildflower hosts intimate author events featuring local, regional, and visiting writers. These evenings may include: Author readings Book signings Q&A sessions Writing discussions Behind-the-scenes conversations about the creative process Whether you're an aspiring writer or simply love hearing the stories behind the stories, Author Evenings offer a unique opportunity to connect with the literary community. 🌙 After Hours at Rooted Wildflower When the doors close, the magic begins. Our After Hours events transform the bookstore into a gathering place for creativity, connection, and fun. These special experiences vary throughout the year and may include workshops, themed gatherings, seasonal celebrations, bookish crafts, and community collaborations. Participants create beautiful floral-inspired projects while enjoying an afternoon surrounded by stories and fellow book lovers.
